Tanya and Jordan’s love story began in a bar eight years ago, and they have spent their time together since then traveling the world and raising their adorable pup, Sabi. They originally planned their wedding for the stunning Fairmont at Lake Louise in Canada, but due to COVID travel restrictions, they found a wedding venue closer to their Bethesda home. Tanya ended up falling in love with the historic Strong Mansion in Dickerson, Maryland for its unique style and European feel. Every detail of their wedding day was created with relaxed refinement in mind, and from their unique invitation suite to Tanya’s stunning Monique LHuillier wedding gown, they absolutely hit the mark. While many aspects of their wedding day were dreamed up from wedding inspiration Tanya found, the couple found so many special ways to tell their unique story – the creative hand-drawn table signs featuring their dog Sabi are a perfect example, as was the handmade Russian Nesting Doll seating chart, which was a creative nod to Tanya’s Russian roots.
