Katharina and Andrew, a NYC-based couple, planned an incredible wedding weekend in the lakeside town of Velden am Wörthersee, Austria where Katharina's father grew up. They started their weekend off with an all-white welcome party on a boat that toured the lake, starting with cocktails and appetizers and ending with a DJ. The second day of their wedding weekend featured a welcome party at Katharina's grandfathers's house in the countryside, with traditional Austrian attire, entertainment, and food. The final event of their wedding weekend was their wedding on Saturday. Katharina, who works in fashion in the city, was stunning in her chic and simple Amsale dress, and Andrew was the perfect dapper groom in his custom suit. Katharina works as a graphic designer, and hand-drew all of the calligraphy items for the wedding - the invitation suite, cocktail signs, matchbox favors.

She always responded to any questions in a timely manner and went out of her way to keep us updated and informed. She even flew to NYC to do an engagement shoot with us to better get to know us as a couple and how we photographed. We especially appreciated her pre-wedding questionnaire which allowed us to rank what was most important for her to capture during the wedding day and ensured that we were all on the same page. We can’t thank her enough for traveling to Austria with us and working so hard over our entire wedding weekend. She blended seamlessly into our events which really allowed her to capture so many great candid moments. She faded into the background during intimate moments but also knew when to take control and direct us and our wedding party. Even when the weather turned against us, she stayed calm, positive, and flexible. We trusted her completely throughout the process and it felt good to have one aspect of our wedding that we didn’t need to stress or worry about. We also were so impressed that she turned around our wedding gallery (which included 3 events) within a month. Lindley clearly loves what she does and is extraordinarily talented not only as a photographer but also a business owner. She is such a joy to work with and we will forever be grateful that she was there to capture our wedding.

She is simply a must have. She is professional, captures every moment, and makes you feel so comfortable. I did my engagement photos, bridal portrait, and wedding day photos with her. She kept the entire wedding party happy and focused to complete all our photos in a timely manner. She also got our photos back to us very quickly! we got so many compliments on her the day of the wedding from guests who saw her buzzing around capturing each special moment. I look forward to special opportunities in the future to do photos with her again!
Out of all the vendors we had for our wedding Lindley was our absolute best (and we had many amazing vendors). My one piece of wedding advice to all my friends is to book Lindley first before anything else.
